  4. shipping_estimate with destination, route, currency, amount and timestamp from the live estimator.

Do not reuse another buyer's QC photo as proof about your item. Do not label a coupon active unless its terms and final checkout effect were verified on the same date. The public page should describe the recording method; private order identifiers, receipts and account screenshots should remain private.

Do not advance a checkpoint without its event

Kakobuy's official purchase page describes submitting a product link and details, paying for the order, seller dispatch to the warehouse, warehouse quality checking, selecting warehouse items and submitting a parcel. Record each event with its own date and source. A saved product link does not establish purchase, and a warehouse image does not establish parcel dispatch.

Match every decision to the exact variant

Keep the source URL, item identifier, seller wording, colour, size, quantity, chart and checked date together. Link later QC evidence to the same private order and variant reference. When that relationship or a required measurement is missing, mark it Unknown and leave the checkpoint open.

Separate visible QC from shipping estimates

Kakobuy's inspection rules describe appearance checks such as model, style and size. They also state that sealed goods may not be opened and that electronic-product inspection does not cover authenticity, function or quality. The official estimate tool produces a route estimate from destination, weight, goods type and dimensions. Neither source verifies fit, hidden defects, a final freight charge or delivery outcome. Save the seller's original size and currency, then add a translation or local-currency estimate with its source date. Do not treat a translated page, a referral link or an estimated total as evidence that a route accepts the selected item.
